Ingredients

Patty
Canned black beans
300 g
BBQ sauce
4 tbsps
Mustard
2 tbsps
Nutritional yeast
2 tbsps
Oatmeal
2 tbsps
Breadcrumbs
8 tsps
Cumin
1 tsp
Salt and pepper
Sauce
2 tbsp mustard
Tomato paste
4 tbsps
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Buns and topping
Pretzel buns
2
Some rucola
Tomatoe
Cucumber
Plant based margarine

Steps

  1. Combine the patty and sauce ingredients in separate bowls
  2. Shape the patties and use some magarine to fry them in the pan on medium high heat
  3. Flip them every now and then until both sides are crispy on the outside
  4. Meanwhile, slice the buns and spread margarine on each side
  5. When the patties are almost done, add the buns to the pan as well (with the margarine side down) and turn of the heat
  6. While the buns are still roasting on the warm pan, slice the tomatoes and cucumber to get read to assemble your burger
  7. Build your burgers starting with rucola, patty, cucumber, tomateoes and sauce on top
  8. Prepare to get blown away and enjoy your burger :)
